Glen Caroline built and ran the National Rifle Association’s grassroots and campaign field operations programs for more than 25 years. Long acknowledged as the nation’s premiere grassroots organization, Glen was able to fully engage the Association’s members and supporters into NRA’s legislative and political grassroots activities.

Since 2020, as President of Minuteman Strategies, Glen has worked with a diverse group of national, state, and local organizations to ensure their missions were bolstered through a robust grassroots engagement of their members and supporters.
